Before embarking on my role as a team leader, I had a successful career as a financial advisor, earning the coveted MDRT recognition 5 years in a row. Today, in addition to my leadership and team-building duties, I continue to serve an extensive network of clients.

Working closely with my leadership team, our goal is to transform the client experience when working with a financial advisor. I believe that this can be done by ensuring the right values are passed down to newer advisors and that the competency of existing ones improves year after year.
